The National average for youth in a cemetary is 2%
Ours in Montgomery County, Texas is 14% *
We must ask ourselves why?
Adopting a template from a very successful at risk teen boys ranch called Miracle Farm, Diamond Star targets teen daughters around the age that statistically shows the highest rate of response to our type of proposed program. This specific time span takes place at about 14 years of age. Our organization will be designed to work with low to medium risk children, which is a level 1 to 2 on a scale of 5. (5 being the highest, and 1 the lowest)
Until funds are raised to build facilities (7 to 10 m) for our residential program, the Diamond Star Ranch Youth Initiative is hosting activities on a variety of ranches in the surrounding area. Our events include events such as Great Days on the ranch, horseback riding lessons, barrel races & fashion shows.
Diamond Star Ranch will consult experts in the field of child development, as well as counselors trained specifically to handle “at-risk” situations, to better assist program participants once the program is up & running. Our vision is not active yet. We are asking & calling on Angel supporters to help us please.
