Developmental Stages of DSR

                            Phase I

• Announcement of the vision at the Chamber networking breakfast in September of 2006.
• Formulation board of directors in October of 2006.
• Incorporated and recognized by Texas in April of 2007.
• Submitted form 1023 to the IRS for non-profit status in May 2007. (application status is approved, November 14th 2007)
• Announcement of kick off  and awareness campaign in June 2007 (NOTE: Phase I is successfully completed.)
• June 16th 2007 ends phase I                                         

                                      Phase II  (revised 11/11/2009)

• Send (by referral) teen at-risk-boys to Miracle Farm in Brenham, Texas.
• Site selection and securing land by 1st quarter of 2010.
• Raise donations to launch fashion line with a target of 60 thousand dollars by March 2010.
• Initiate the fund raising goal: 5 to 7 million dollars for Academy building and ranch development.
• Begin license application process after funding goals met.  
• Secure Development Director for DSR by 2nd quarter 2010.
• Secure the land needed by 1st quarter of 2010. 
• Start construction on the ranch in the 3rd quarter of 2010. Diamond Star Ranch will be a world class facility.
• Part of the design of Diamond Star is not only the ranch, but to construct a "Beacon of Light" early warning detection system to alert parents and youth of impending disaster.
• First teen girls admitted during 3rd quarter of 2011.
• To aid in development of a facility for high at-risk-boys.

                                        Phase III

• Control an endowment of over 50 million dollars by 2015.
• Expand to other towns in order to serve universally.
• THINK GLOBAL in every regard.
